The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990, Disclosure of identifying information for research regulations

The regulations establish a procedure for authorising the disclosure of identifying information held by the HFEA, for research purposes, where it is not practicable to obtain consent to the disclosure from the persons to whom the information relates.
